These terms set out the agreement between Scalora and the client for the supply of monthly website design and support services. By purchasing a Scalora package, the client agrees to these terms.2. Services
Scalora provides professional website design services for small businesses on a monthly retainer basis. Depending on the client’s package, the monthly fee may include website design, build, hosting, routine support, and a monthly allowance for reasonable content edits.Scalora aims to launch most websites within 5–7 working days once all required content, branding, and access details have been received from the client. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary depending on responsiveness, project complexity, and feedback turnaround.3. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying all content, images, branding assets, business details, and any required approvals in a timely manner. The client must ensure that all materials provided are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe any third-party rights.Any delays in providing content, approvals, or required access may delay the start date, launch date, or update work.4. Fees and payment
Scalora services are provided on a monthly subscription basis with no setup fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client must pay the agreed monthly fee in advance using the payment method provided at checkout or by invoice. If payment is late or fails, Scalora may pause work, support, hosting-related services, or website access until payment is brought up to date. Scalora may also charge any reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts where permitted by law.5. Monthly edit allowance
Monthly packages include a limited allowance for reasonable content edits to an existing website structure. The standard monthly edit allowances are:Starter: up to 30 minutes of reasonable edits per month.Growth: up to 60 minutes of reasonable edits per month.Time is assessed by Scalora in good faith based on the actual time required to complete the requested changes.Unused edit time does not roll over into future months unless Scalora agrees otherwise in writing.6. What counts as a reasonable edit
Reasonable edits are small changes made to the existing website without materially changing its structure, design direction, or scope.Examples of reasonable edits may include:updating text;replacing images supplied by the client;changing contact details, opening hours, service descriptions, links, testimonials, or calls to action;minor layout adjustments within existing sections; andreordering or refining existing on-page content.Examples of work that is not included within the monthly edit allowance include:adding new pages or creating substantial new sections;full redesigns or major visual changes;copywriting from scratch;branding or logo work;custom integrations or new features;complex technical troubleshooting not caused by Scalora;SEO campaigns or wider marketing services; andrepeated or excessive revision cycles beyond the monthly allowance.Where requested work falls outside the included allowance or scope, Scalora may decline the request or provide a separate quote before proceeding.7. Support boundaries
Scalora provides routine support related to the website service included in the client’s package. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the monthly service by giving at least one full month’s written notice.Monthly payments remain payable during the notice period. During that period, Scalora will continue to provide the service in line with the client’s package unless otherwise agreed. If the client cancels, the service will end at the end of the notice period. If hosting or other recurring services are included in the package, those services may also end when the agreement ends unless a separate arrangement is made.9. Suspension and termination
